This Frozen Yogurt Bark topped with granola and berries makes a really fun breakfast for kids during the summer
I first started making Frozen Yogurt Bark years ago when my children were small. It’s such a simple concept using a few healthy ingredients but has a novelty factor that kids love.
For this version I simply added some granola to turn into into a breakfast bark.
To make this Breakfast Frozen Yogurt Bark mix together greek yogurt and honey. I used plain yogurt but you could also use a flavoured yogurt and leave out the honey.
Line a dish with tin foil and add the yogurt, spreading it out. Top with granola and berries. You can use shop bought or homemade granola, both work just fine.
Freeze for 4 hours and then cut into chunks.
Eat it straight away and any leftovers can be frozen for up to a month.
The great thing about Frozen Yogurt Bark is that it’s totally customisable. Add any toppings you like and mix up the fruit.
