Airfryer Garlic Butter Fries

Airfried french fries coated in a delicious garlic butter

Airfried crispy fries served in a round bowl and garnished with salt and chopped parsley.

A few months ago I had some garlic butter fries in a restaurant in London and I’ve been pretty much thinking about them every since!

This weekend I decided it was time to finally make them myself at home and wow they were incredible!

These are the french fries I used. They are definitely my favourite brand as they get so crispy but feel free to use any frozen french fries that you like.

Fries in the original packaging.

The first step is to add the french fries to the airfryer and cook at 200c for 12 minutes.

I usually stop the airfryer a couple of times and give the fries a shake to make sure that they cook evenly.

If after 12 minutes you think they need a little longer then cook at 1 minute intervals until they are just how you like.

Fries placed in the air fryer ready to be cooked.

In the meantime add some butter and crushed garlic to a small bowl and melt in the microwave for a few seconds.

Butter and garlic together in a small bowl.

Once the fries are cooked, sprinkle on some salt.

Cooked fries and golden brown in the air fryer.

Then drizzle the melted garlic butter on top of the fries.

I do this with a spoon rather than pouring straight from the bowl to ensure that the butter is coating the fries rather than falling through any gaps and getting wasted at the bottom of the airfryer!

Melted butter bring poured onto cooked fries.

Cook the coated fries for one more minute in the airfryer.

Transfer to a bowl and topped with some chopped parsley.

Air fryer fries being enjoyed !!
