If your kids like sausage rolls then try this super quick version made in the airfryer. You just need three ingredients; a tortilla wrap, sausages and grated cheese.
They make a really delicious lunch and can be used with lots of types of sausages. So far I’ve made them with pork and chicken sausages but veggie sausages will work too.
The first step is to remove the sausages from the skins.
Then mash them straight onto the wrap with a fork.
Next add the grated cheese and then roll the wrap up tightly.
Cut into twelve equal sized circles.
Airfryer at 180c for 7 minutes.
Serve up with some chopped veggies for a tasty and speedy lunch. They would also make a really great afternoon snack when the kids get home from school.

Which Air Fryer Is The Best?
There’s so many different air fryers out there on the market at the moment. Some of the big brand names are expensive but I have been using this Uten 6.5 Litre Air Fryer since last year and I love it.
It’s really big, perfect for family sized meals and fits a whole chicken too!

I tried these yesterday for my girls with their favourite apple and pork sausages. They went down a treat. I served them with potato salad, chopped veg and yoghurt.
