Airfryer Sausage & Cheese Pinwheels

Made with just three ingredients these Sausage & Cheese Pinwheels cooked in the airfryer make a quick and tasty lunch that the kids will love!

If your kids like sausage rolls then try this super quick version made in the airfryer. You just need three ingredients; a tortilla wrap, sausages and grated cheese.

They make a really delicious lunch and can be used with lots of types of sausages. So far I’ve made them with pork and chicken sausages but veggie sausages will work too.

The first step is to remove the sausages from the skins.

Then mash them straight onto the wrap with a fork.

Next add the grated cheese and then roll the wrap up tightly.

Grated cheese sprinkled onto sausage meat.

Cut into twelve equal sized circles.

Airfryer at 180c for 7 minutes.

Tortilla pinwheels in the air fryer ready to be cooked.

Serve up with some chopped veggies for a tasty and speedy lunch. They would also make a really great afternoon snack when the kids get home from school.

Description

Made with just three ingredients these Sausage & Cheese Pinwheels cooked in the airfryer make a quick and tasty lunch that the kids will love!


Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla wrap
  • 3 sausages
  • 50g grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the skins off the sausages and use a fork to mash them onto the tortilla wrap, spreading evenly all over.
  2. Sprinkle on the grated cheese.
  3. Roll the wrap up tightly and then cut into 12 equal sized rolls.
  4. Place in the airfryer and cook at 180c for 7 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately with chopped veggies.

Notes

These pinwheels are best served immediately but they can be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours. Eat cold or reheat in the airfryer for a couple of minutes.
