Whip up this delicious Italian Family Feast from M&S in just 10 minutes. Quick, easy and so delicious! The sun has finally made an appearance and I for one couldn’t be happier! The long evenings and warm weather now means the kids can play out in the garden after school and we can all enjoy a lot more fresh air.

Of course this also means that I don’t want to be stuck in the kitchen cooking an evening meal whilst everyone else is outside enjoying the sun. You guys know that I genuinely enjoy cooking from scratch but some days I just want to get a quick and easy meal on the table.

Whip up this delicious Italian Family Feast from M&S in just 10 minutes. Quick, easy and so delicious!I’ve teamed up with M&S for their Italian themed month to showcase their delicious range of Italian inspired food. Using some of these ingredients I was able to put together this incredible Italian feast in just 10 minutes!

I used the M&S Fiorella Pasta mixed with the Tomato & Sausage Pasta Sauce to make a super tasty main dish which I then mixed it with Pitted Hojiblanca Olives (no problem if your kids don’t like olives, they are easy to pick out!).

Quick, easy and so delicious!Alongside the pasta I mixed a bag of Italian Baby Leaves with some Parmigiano Reggiano shavings for an instant and healthy side salad and also cut up some delicious Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia, with a little Green Pesto on the side for dipping.

The whole meal went down an absolute treat with my family and I’m looking forward to trying more of the Italian range very soon.
