Movie nights are not the same without popcorn! Whip up this delicious sweet Raspberry & Vanilla Popcorn in the microwave in just 3 minutes. No oil needed!
Nothing beats a big bowl of delicious warm popcorn and snuggling up on the sofa to watch your favourite family movie! But making your own popcorn on the stove can sometimes seem like a bit of a faff – especially when, like me, you end up burning it and ruining a good pan!
But did you know that you can make your own popcorn at home in a brown paper bag in the microwave? It is so simple, takes just a couple of minutes and you don’t even have to use any oil. How good does that sound?!
I first wrote about this method in this How To Make Microwave Popcorn in a Brown Paper Bag post earlier this year and I’ve since been experimenting with lots of different flavours and varieties.
We are loving this Raspberry & Vanilla version at the moment. The honey gives it a lovely sweet taste and the vanilla adds so much flavour.
I love using freeze dried raspberries as it’s a great way to get that delicious raspberry flavour all year round and for a fraction of the cost of fresh raspberries.
What’s your favourite flavoured popcorn? Let me know in the comments below and we’ll see if we can make that in the microwave too!
