Winter Spritz Cocktail

Jump To Recipe Print Recipe

A delicious festive cocktail made with Aperol, prosecco and ginger ale. The prefect tipple this Christmas!

You can't beat a festive tipple at this time of year. Whether you're enjoying a quiet Christmas at home or welcoming some family and friends for a few days, it's always nice to have something a bit different to serve up.

My Winter Spritz is ideal. It's easy to make whilst also being light and fruity with a spiced undertone!

For this cocktail you'll need the following:

  • Aperol
  • Prosecco
  • Ginger Ale

Simply add each of these ingredients to a large win or gin glass along with some ice and mix. The garnish is optional but I like to add a slice of fresh orange and a sprig of rosemary.

If you're being mindful of calories then this cocktail comes out at 260 for a large glass. This is based on using Fever Tree Ginger Ale. Other ginger ales may be higher in calories.
