Delicious gluten free breakfast bagels with peanut butter or cream cheese and topped with fresh summer fruit.

My family have always been big bagel fans. My daughter calls them “donut bread” and we usually buy a packet once a week to have for breakfast and packed lunches.

I’ve used gluten free bagels for these Breakfast Bagels, and whilst we are fortunate not to have any gluten intolerances in our family, I know lots of people who do need to avoid gluten for various reasons.

So I thought it would be good to include this recipe for those of you that are dealing with an allergy or intolerance to gluten!

Genius products

I used cream cheese on some and peanut butter on others but you could pretty much add any spread that you like, maybe even jam or greek chocolate spread too.

We have so much delicious fresh fruit available to us at the moment so I tried to incorporate as much of it as possible into our breakfast. But obviously you can use whatever fruit is available seasonally where you live.

Hello, I like the toppings you use and this makes for a lovely breakfast idea. Have you ever baked bagels yourself?
