Make delicious and healthy popsicles with fruit tea bags! A refreshing snack for kids and adults this summer! | My Fussy Eater blogRummaging through my cupboards last week I found seven boxes of fruit or herbal teas. Seven! I’ve clearly got a bit of a tea hoarding problem, made even worse by the fact that I don’t drink it during the summer.

So rather than let all those tea bags sit idle in the cupboard until winter I decided to make some Fruity Iced Tea Popsicles!

You just need to make the tea in a cup as normal, let it brew for a few minutes before pouring it into popsicles moulds and letting it freeze.

You can use pretty much any fruit or herbal tea you have at home. I used Strawberry & Mango, Orange Crush, Lemon and Peppermint. Just be cautious about some herbal teas such as green tea if you are planning on making these popsicles for kids as it contains some caffeine.

Enjoy!
