Description
A quick and easy Pitta Pizza packed with THREE hidden vegetables and ready in less than 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 pitta bread
- 4 tbsp basil & oregano passata
- 1/2 carrot, grated
- 1/2 courgette, grated
- 1/4 yellow pepper, finely diced
- 70g grated cheddar cheese
- 1 pepperami, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180c fan.
- Add the pitta breads to a baking dish.
- Spread the passata onto the base of the pitta.
- Add the grated carrot and courgette and the diced peppers.
- Add the grated cheddar and the slices of pepperami.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Notes
The Pitta Bread Pizzas are best enjoyed immediately after cooking.
