Have breakfast at your finger tips in an instant on busy mornings with my Breakfast Smoothie Bags
- 100g frozen berries
- 25g fresh baby spinach
- 25g porridge oats
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 350ml milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- Add the frozen berries, spinach, oats and banana to a freezer bag and seal shut.
- Freeze until you are ready to use. Simply add the milk to the beaker and then add in the contents of the frozen bag. Use the blender to blitz until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
