If your child likes to eat plain pasta then try this simple hack of cooking it in bone broth. It adds protein, collagen and amino acids to make their favourite food a little healthier.
- 200g macaroni
- 400ml bone broth
- Add the macaroni and bone broth to a large saucepan.
- Cook on the hob for about 10-11 minutes or until the pasta has cooked and the broth is absorbed.
- Serve immediately. You can add butter, cheese or any other additions that your child usually likes in their pasta.
