Easy Breakfast Nutella Oat Bars made with just four simple ingredients
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 100g oats
- 200ml milk
- 70g nutella
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180c fan.
- Peel the banana and add it to an oven dish. Mash with a fork.
- Add the oats, milk and nutella and mix well.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting into 8 square.
- Serve with chopped fruit, yogurt or any other accompaniments.
Notes
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave.
- These bars can also be frozen. Defrost in the fridge overnight before reheating.
