The easiest breakfast roll recipe ever; bacon, egg and a bread roll all cooked together in the airfryer!
- 1 part baked bread roll
- 1 medium egg
- 2 bacon medallions
- 1 tomato
- Add the bread roll, egg and bacon to the airfryer and cook at 200c for 5 minutes.
- Remove the bread roll and egg, turn the bacon over and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
- Place the egg into a bowl of cold water to cool down, then peel it.
- Cut the bread roll open and fill with the egg, bacon and sliced tomato.
This breakfast roll is best served immediately after cooking.
