Description
The most delicious and easiest ever Chocolate Cake made in the airfryer with just three simple ingredients!
Ingredients
- 100g plain flour
- 300g chocolate spread
- 2 medium eggs
To grease: butter or oil
Instructions
- Add the flour, chocolate spread and eggs to a large bowl and mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
- Grease the bottom and sides of a cake tin really well with butter or oil.
- Cook in the airfryer at 180c for 13 minutes.
- This cake is very fudgey so if you prefer a firmer cake then cook for 2-3 minutes longer.
- Run a knife all around the edges of the cake to separate it from the tin.
- Allow to cool then cut the cake in the tin into 8 traingles.
- Serve with greek yogurt and berries.
Notes
This cake is best eaten on the day that it is made. It will still taste good for up to 2 days but it will just be a little drier.
It can be reheated in the microwave or airfryer again.
