Brussels sprouts\u00a0are really just little cabbages but they can be a difficult sell to family at Christmas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many of us have memories of soggy over-cooked sprouts from our childhood but I promise you that this recipe will change your opinion completely. The sprouts are cooked just enough so that they still have a small amount of bite in them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are a lot of recipes out there already for\u00a0grilled brussels sprouts! But I wanted make something a bit different and to add something to them that made them a little more appealing to the whole family!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I decided to pair them with delicious crispy streaky bacon (cause bacon makes everything taste better, right?!), skewer them onto wooden skewers and then finish with some grated parmesan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
