Tortillas or wraps make a brilliant base for super fast pizzas. They cook in the oven in just a few minutes and are also a lot healthier than regular pizza as you don’t have any of that thick doughy base. I used a wholemeal tortilla in this recipe but white works just as good too.

This is also a great recipe to get the kids involved in the kitchen. Create a little assembly line of pizza making by lining up the bases on the kitchen table. Put the tomato sauce, cheese and chopped vegetables into different bowls and let them get creative by making their own pizzas!

These pizzas are a great way to get a wide variety of nutritious veggies into kids. I like to use a selection of really colourful veggies that make the pizza look like a rainbow but you can pretty much choose any veggies you like!
