I’ve teamed up with Bacofoil\u00ae to create two fun recipes that are easy for you to make and really tasty for the kids to eat! <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

For this recipe I’m using Bacofoil\u00ae The Non-Stick Kitchen Foil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bacofoil\u00ae The Non-Stick Kitchen Foil has a unique BacoLift\u00ae Surface which prevents food from sticking (remember to cook on the non-shiny \/ dull side, which is the side that has the BacoLift\u00ae Surface), making it an essential must-have product for every kitchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How To Make The Mummies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To make these mummies, simply mix together cream cheese, grated cheddar cheese and chives in a bowl. That’s our filling! Cut mini peppers in two and stuff with the cheese filling. Then wrap with thin strips of puff pastry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The stuffed peppers are placed directly onto the non-shiny side of Bacofoil\u00ae The Non-Stick Kitchen Foil. There’s no need for any oil or butter when making this or any other recipe. Food simply does not stick to the foil!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bake them in the oven for 15 minutes, remove and pop on some edible candy eyes. The stuffed pepper mummies will lift straight off the tray, no sticking! Any overflow of the cheese filling is caught by the foil, saving on washing up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leave the mummies to cool for a few minutes, just to bring the temperature of that cheese filling down a little. Then serve immediately to your little monsters!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
