Strawberry & White Chocolate Overnight Oats

Delicious Strawberry Overnight Oats topped with a White Chocolate shell. A fun and easy breakfast that the whole family will love!


  • 80g porridge oats
  • 150g strawberry yogurt
  • 125ml milk
  • 75g chopped fresh strawberries
  • 50g white chocolate

To top:

  • handful of fresh strawberries


  • Add the oats, yogurt, milk and chopped strawberries to a large bowl and mix well.
  • Divide the mixture between two smaller bowls or large ramekins.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave. I melt it in 10-15 second burst to ensure it doesn’t burn.
  • Pour the melted white chocolate over the top of the oats, spreading it out so that it completely covers the top of the oats.
  • Refrigerate overnight or for at least an hour.
  • Serve with some additional strawberries on top.


This recipe will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
