A delicious and healthy lunch idea for kids. Wholemeal sandwiches filled with strawberries and cream cheese!
- 2 slices of wholemeal bread
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 3 strawberries, sliced
- Spread the cream cheese onto both slices of bread and layer the sliced strawberries on top. Cut into halves or thirds.
- Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap or foil to keep till lunchtime.
