A cute but super simple lunch box idea for kids this St Patrick’s Day! Perfect for a packed lunch for school or to take out-an-about for a picnic!

A cute but super simple lunch box idea for kids this St Patrick's Day!It is of course St Patrick’s Day this week and whether you are Irish or not it’s still great to get involved and celebrate what is always a fun and happy day. I couldn’t let the day go past without a little nod to my homeland on the blog and so this year I’ve made this really cute St Patrick’s Day lunch box for kids that’s perfect for taking to school or out-and-about on a picnic.

A cute but super simple lunch box idea for kids this St Patrick's Day!The lunch itself is super simple is made up of a cheese sandwich and some lettuce, veggies to munch on and some popcorn with a few green sweets. You can of course use any kind of sandwich your kids like – ham would work really well or even turkey or hummus.

For the full instructions check out the recipe below. If you try this lunch idea yourself please do let me know what you think. Or tag me in a picture on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. I always love seeing your pictures of my recipes and hearing how they went down with your family!
