Ingredients
- 150g milk chocolate
- 3 large rice cakes
- optional: sea salt flakes
Instructions
- Break the chocolate into a bowl and melt in the microwave.
- Microwave for about 1 minute, but stopping to stir every 10-15 seconds to ensure that the chocolate doesn’t burn.
- When the chocolate is melted, break in the rice cakes. You want to get the pieces of rice cake quite small.
- Mix really well so that the rice cake pieces are all coated in the chocolate.
- Add a small spoonful of the mixture to a lined baking tray. You should be able to make 15 clusters from the mixture.
- This is totally optional but you can also add a sprinkling of sea salt flakes to the top of each cluster. The contrast of the sweet chocolate with the salt is really delicious.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
