Peanut Butter Toast & Fruit Breakfast Kebabs

Description

Make breakfast time a little more fun with these Breakfast Kebabs made with peanut butter on wholemeal toast and fresh fruit.


Ingredients

  • wholemeal bread
  • peanut butter
  • banana
  • strawberries
  • kiwi fruit
  • clementine

Instructions

  1. Cut the crusts off the bread.
  2. Toast the bread.
  3. Spread the toasted bread with a thick layer of peanut butter.
  4. Chop the fruit into bite sized pieces.
  5. Once all the fruit has been chopped, layer it on the skewers alternating with pieces of the chopped fruit.
  6. Serve immediately.
