Make breakfast time a little more fun with these Breakfast Kebabs made with peanut butter on wholemeal toast and fresh fruit.
- wholemeal bread
- peanut butter
- kiwi fruit
- Cut the crusts off the bread.
- Toast the bread.
- Spread the toasted bread with a thick layer of peanut butter.
- Chop the fruit into bite sized pieces.
- Once all the fruit has been chopped, layer it on the skewers alternating with pieces of the chopped fruit.
- Serve immediately.
