Two delicious and simple no cook pasta sauces made in the Kenwood Blend Xtract
Ingredients
Green Pesto Sauce
- 50g basil leaves
- 50g grated parmesan
- 40g pine nuts
- 1 small garlic clove
- 150ml olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
Red Pepper & Sundried Tomato Sauce
- 100g roasted red peppers (from a jar)
- 50g sundried tomatoes
- 50g grated parmesan
- 1 small garlic clove
- 125ml olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- For both sauces simply add all the ingredients to the jug and screw on the blade lid. Add that to the base of the Blend Xtract machine and blend until smooth.
- Mix immediately with cooked pasta.
- These sauces can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for 48 hours and can also be frozen.
