How To Make Weetabix Bites
The full recipe with all the ingredient measurements is towards the bottom of this post. But I've also included some step by step images here that might be helpful when making.

- Add the weetabix, oats and seeds to a food processor and blitz.

- Add the peanut butter, milk, honey and cocoa powder and blitz again.

- Take one tablespoon of the mixture.

- Roll into a ball shape and repeat until you have 16 bites.
One you have rolled all 16 bites, place them in the fridge for 45 minutes or in the freezer for 20 minutes to firm up.

Storing
These Weetabix will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
They can also be frozen for up to 2 weeks. They can be eaten straight from the freezer - they do not freeze solid so can eat frozen. Or allow them to defrost at room temperature for an hour if you prefer them soft.

FAQ'S
Yes you can use Wow Butter which is a soya based alternative, completely nut free but tastes like peanut butter.
No I don't think these bites taste like weetabix at all. So even if your kids don't like weetabix as a cereal, they may enjoy these.
Yes absolutely. You can use a dairy free milk in this recipe.

Description
A quick no bake snack for kids. High in fibre containing weetabix, oats, seeds and peanut butter. Great for batch making and keeping in the fridge or freezer.
Ingredients
- 3 weetabix
- 30g oats
- 2 tbsp mixed seeds
- 100g peanut butter
- 60ml milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Add the weetabix, oats and seeds to a food processor and blitz until they are broken down.
- Add the peanut butter, milk, honey and cocoa powder and blitz again until everything is well combined.
- Take one tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll into a ball shape.
- Place on a tray or plate and repeat with the remaining mixture, making 16 balls in total.
- Place in the fridge for 45 minutes or in the freezer for 20 minutes to firm up.
Notes
These bites will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. They can also be kept in the freezer for up to 2 weeks and will defrost at room temperature in about an hour.
