A copycat make-at-home version of the Costa Mango & Passion Fruit Cooler. So easy to make and much cheaper too.

If you have a child who loves the Mango & Passion Fruit Coolers from Costa then this recipe is going to save you a fortune!

I must admit I'm partial to one too, but I just can't justify the cost anymore so decided to start making them at home myself.

Mango & Passion Fruit Cooler served in a tall clear glass with a red and white stripy straw in the drink.

Instructions

This is honestly so simple and I can't even call it a recipe really! But it's just passion fruit juice and frozen mango blended together until smooth.

You will need to use quite a powerful blender to blitz through the frozen fruit. I'm using the Ninja Blast which I bought just recently and am finding it so handy for single serve drinks like this.

  1. This is the passion fruit juice I used. But any still passion juice will work just fine.
  1. Add 250ml to the blender.
  1. Along with 150g of frozen mango chunks.
  1. Blitz until completely smooth.

Pour into a glass and enjoy! This is the perfect portion for one but you can of course use a bigger blender if you want to make multiple.
