A delicious and refreshing summer snack. So easy to make and a great way to make fruit a little more exciting for kids!
For us adults there’s nothing better than some delicious and refreshing fresh fruit on a hot summer’s day. Kids on the other hand are usually not as convinced. So in an effort to encourage my fussy eater to eat more fruit this summer I am trying more and more creative ways to serving it.
First up are these super cute Mango Flowers on a Stick! In my house anything served on a stick seems to get a better reception so I thought I’d try my hand at this Mexican street food favourite. Traditionally the mango flower is served with a squeeze of lime juice and a sprinkling of chilli powder but I’ve kept this one plain for the kids.
Check out my short video below to see how I did it!

I might have to practice this a bit more as mine didn’t really look like yours but still loved having mango on a stick!

I think mine was really messy. I definitely need more practice!
