Classic Mac ‘n Cheese made with a secret veggie cauliflower sauce. Vegan friendly!
- 300g Macaroni Pasta
- 1 jar Cauliflower Sauce
- 2 tbsp cheese or vegan cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Preheat the oven to 180c.
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. When cooked, drain the pasta, mix in the cauliflower sauce and add half the cheese. When thoroughly mixed transfer the pasta to an oven proof dish and top with the remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
