A healthy chocolate shake for kids packed with energy boosting chia seeds!
- 500ml / 2 cups milk
- 100g / 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until completely smooth.
- Serve immediately.
