A delicious bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich for just 225 calories. Healthy eating made super easy!

Healthier BLT

You might think a bacon sarnie is for special occasions but I’m going to show you how you can make it a little healthier meaning you can indulge more often!

My version comes in at just 225 calories using the following ingredients:

BLT ingredients

Sandwich Thins – I love these and they’re only 100 calories. You can also get them in white if you don’t like brown bread.

Turkey Rashers – The smoked version are the best in my opinion and just 34 calories per rasher.

Tomatoes and Lettuce – a must for any BLT!

Mayo and Dijon Mustard – mix these together for a lovely dijon mayonnaise to add a little kick to the sandwich.

Healthier BLT

Alternatively, if you don’t fancy bacon try my ELT instead – Egg, Lettuce and Tomato! It’s just as tasty and comes in at the same calories.

Or if you really want to treat yourself, add both bacon and egg. Delicious!
