Delicious and healthy Greek Turkey Wraps, made with turkey steaks and peppers and wrapped up with crumbled feta and tzatziki.
I’ve been making these Greek Turkey Wraps for a couple of months now but finally got round to actually photographing them and getting them on the website to share with you all. I know I call a lot of recipes “delicious” but these are honestly my favourite thing to eat at the moment and I hope you will love them too!
How To Make Greek Turkey Wraps
The recipe starts with turkey steaks, cut into strips and then mixed with paprika, garlic and onion powder.
The turkey is fried for a couple of minutes on its own and then you add some sliced peppers and cook for another 8 to 10 minutes.
In the last couple of minutes of cooking, add in a little honey. This adds the most amazing caramelised coating to the outside of the turkey so don’t skip this out!
Whilst all that is cooking make up the tzatziki by mixing 0% greek yogurt, diced cucumber and garlic powder in a bowl. Season with a little salt and pepper to your taste.
How To Make The Perfect Wrap!
Then it’s time to build the wrap. I add the ingredients just under the centre of the tortilla. Add the tzatziki first, followed by some salad leaves, the cooked turkey and peppers and finally some crumbled feta.
To get a super tight wrap, fold in the edges first then wrap the tortilla up as tight as you can, keeping the edges tucked in.
Once it’s nice and tight, wrap it up in the tin foil. This will hold the wrap together easily so you can eat it without mess!
Cut it in two and it’s ready to enjoy!
I know this is very much an “adult” kind of meal. My kids are not good with big filled wraps like this! So I’ll show you how I served it up to them. I used a Pick plate and divided up the ingredients. I cut a tortilla wrap into triangles. My kids are not fans of feta so I added some grated cheddar instead.

If you are being mindful of calories I calculated this meal to be 470 calories per wrap.

Instructions
- Cut the turkey steaks into thin strips and add to a bowl along with the paprika, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix well and season with a little salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium heat and add the turkey strips. Cook for 3 minutes to get some colour on the turkey.
- Meanwhile cut the peppers into strips and then add them to the frying pan. Cook for 8-10 minutes, adding the honey for the last couple of minutes of cooking.
