This garlic and parmesan flavoured Broccoli Mash makes a really delicious low carb side dish.
It’s that time of year where we all crave big bowls of comfort food. I absolutely love mashed potato but it’s just too easy to eat way too much of it!
So if you’re trying to cut down on the amount of carbs you eat, or are just looking for a new vegetable side dish, this you’re going to love this Broccoli Mash.
To make the mash you simply need to boil or steam some broccoli but for a little longer than you would usually cook it. The broccoli needs to be really soft so that you can mash it.
I then mix it with some grated parmesan, a little butter and garlic powder for lots of delicious flavour. Then season with salt and pepper.
