A fun and healthy frozen yogurt snack to make for the kids this summer. Just 3 simple ingredients!

These donut shaped frozen yogurt bites are a brilliant snack to make for the kids in the hot weather. Just three simple ingredients - berries, chocolate and yogurt.
Add the ingredients to a silicone donut mould which gives them their shape then freeze for a few hours until solid.
Super fun and easy enough for the kids to make on their own too.


HOW TO MAKE FRO YO DONUTS
The full recipe with all measurements etc is in the recipe card towards the bottom of this post. But I've also included some step-by-step images here that are great for kids to follow along if they want to make these themselves.

- Get your ingredients ready - fresh berries, milk chocolate and yogurt.

- Add the berries to a silicone donut mould.

- Melt the chocolate and drizzle it on top and in between the berries.

- Finally, add the yogurt.
How Long In the Freezer?
Freeze for at least 3 hours until they are frozen solid.
Then they're ready to serve up for a delicious frozen snack for the kids.

Substitutions
Yogurt - You can substitute this with a dairy free yogurt alternative
Chocolate - Use can use dark or white chocolate instead of milk

Storage
Leftovers can be kept in the freezer for 1 week.
Add to a freezer bag or container to prevent freezer burn.

Description
A fun and healthy frozen yogurt snack to make for the kids this summer
Ingredients
- 160g fresh berries
- 40g milk chocolate
- 120g plain or greek yogurt
Instructions
- Chop the berries into smaller pieces and add to a silicone donut mould.
- Melt the chocolate and drizzle a little on top and around the berries.
- Add the yogurt to the top.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours.
- When solid, remove from the moulds and serve immediately.
