A super hydrating drink to keep the kids cool this summer. A blend of greek yogurt, raspberries and ice

Keeping the kids hydrated on hot days can be difficult. They don't always want to drink water and their appetites might be reduced but getting as much hydrating foods and drinks into them is still important.
This Frozen Raspberry Shake is brilliant as it's a super hydrating drink but also doubles as a fun snack for the kids.

- Add greek yogurt and raspberries to a blender.

- Blitz until smooth.

- Add ice and blitz again.

- Pour into a glass and it's ready to serve.
SERVING SIZE
This recipe makes one large shake or for younger kids you can get two portions in two smaller glasses.

Substitutions
Greek Yogurt - You can use a dairy free yogurt in this recipe.
Raspberries - Fresh or frozen raspberries can be used.
Other Fruit - You can swap the raspberries for strawberries or blueberries instead.

Product Recommendation

Description
A super hydrating drink to keep the kids cool this summer. A blend of greek yogurt, raspberries and ice
Ingredients
- 100g greek yogurt
- 100g raspberries
- 150g ice
Instructions
- Add the yogurt and raspberries to a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Add the ice and blitz again until it is all crushed.
- Serve immediately. This will make one large portion or two smaller portions.
