Keeping the kids hydrated on hot days can be difficult. They don't always want to drink water and their appetites might be reduced but getting as much hydrating foods and drinks into them is still important.

This Frozen Raspberry Shake is brilliant as it's a super hydrating drink but also doubles as a fun snack for the kids.

Product Recommendation

I love these Ninja Blast. It's a cordless small blender and is really handy for blitzing up small portions of food and drinks. Much easier to clean than a big blender.
