I’m a little late posting this as this is actually my Meal Plan for last week… sorry about that! But I’m really pleased to say that my meal planning efforts have been going really well. There was only one meal which I didn’t stick to from Week 1 as a last minute recipe creation job for a brand came in so we ate that instead!
I have definitely noticed a decrease in the amount of money we are spending on dinners and I feel a lot more organised knowing that our evening meal is always planned out in advance. No more searching through the fridge at 6pm for something to make!
So as I mentioned I’m a little late posting Week 2 but here it goes!
Meal Plan w/c 19th September
Monday: Baked Risotto (will blog the recipe soon!)
Tuesday: Fish Goujons with homemade potato wedges. The goujons were shop bought from a packet as I was in London all day on Tuesday and needed a quick and easy meal idea.
Wednesday: Meatball Subs (very basic – just meatballs in a tomato sauce served in burger buns leftover from the weekend’s bbq!)
Thursday: Cauliflower Mac & Cheese
Friday: Ham Wraps
Saturday: Chicken Curry with Rice
Sunday: Shepherds Pie Jacket Potatoes
