If your picky eater will eat pasta but won’t tolerate chunky bits of veg in it like a lot of kids, then this recipe is for you!
The veggies are all blended into the sauce so they won’t notice them in there and the sauce is wonderfully creamy just like a mac and cheese.

This easy pasta recipe is perfect for picky eaters as you can customise the ingredients that you use to suit what they will eat.
Change out the ham for bacon or cooked chicken pieces or swap out the peas for sweetcorn!
Oat Crusted Chicken Goujons
If there is one thing a lot of picky eaters WILL eat, it’s chicken nuggets! And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with serving your kids chicken nuggets or goujons!
If I’m serving them on a regular basis because I know they will get eaten, then I try to make my own at home so I know that they are pretty healthy.
These oat crusted chicken goujons can also be frozen before cooking, so you can make up a big batch and have them in the freezer ready to cook straight from frozen.
