The first step is to add boiling water to a saucepan and put a large bowl on top of it.
Make sure the bowl sits in the water. The bottom of the bowl should touch it.
Add the chocolate and cook on a very low simmer until the chocolate has melted.
Add the peanuts are stir until they are completely coated in the chocolate.
Remove the bowl from the water and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
Take a heaped dessert spoon of the mixture and add it to the tray.
Repeat until all the mixture has been used.
You should be able to make about 25 clusters from the mixture.
Pop trays in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm them up.

Recipe FAQ’s
Milk or Dark Chocolate – I use milk chocolate in this recipe but dark chocolate will work too. Or even a mix of both.
Dairy Free – If you want to make these peanut clusters dairy free then it’s totally fine to use dairy free chocolate.
Salted or Unsalted Peanuts – I prefer using salted peanuts in this recipe as the contrast with the sweet chocolate is just delicious. But unsalted will work too.
Nut Free – If you want to make something similar but nut free then have a look at my Rocky Road Bites.

- 400g / 14oz milk or dark chocolate

Hi 😃 Came across your website recently through a Facebook Group, Amazing!! I’ve tried one of your recipes already (The hidden veg sauce) on my extremely fussy family, next up are these, they look great and think they would be fab as a snack over Christmas instead of keep buying shop bought, hopefully the kids will also get involved. I’ll keep you posted.

These are amazing! Made them for my father and he said they taste just like the expensive one’s you buy in the stores or the candy shops he goes too. No more getting them as he will now make his own. Thank you for sharing.

These were so yummy. I use dark chocolate as I prefer it to the milk chocolate or white chocolate. My first batch I drizzled caramel over them. In another batch I added a bit of pure Vanilla extract. All came out fabulous and festive. All came out fabulous and festive.
