If you are a fan of quick, easy and tasty meals that you can whip up for your family with no fuss then keep reading cause you’re going to love this recipe today!
Most evenings mid week are pretty manic in my house. Between school pick up, work, activities and play dates I’m often desperately scrambling together dinner at 6pm before the kids get too tired to even eat.
But I have a new favourite recipe that I have been making a lot recently and it’s perfect for days when I need to get a meal on the table fast.
Made with just four simple ingredients, this Creamy Basil Pesto sauce is so easy to whip up in the food processor and requires no cooking at all. My kids can be a bit funny when it comes to pesto.
I think it can be a bit oily and strong for them at times and I often find myself mixing it with cream cheese. So I thought why not just make a version with no oil and no nuts and they love it!

Can it be prepared ahead of time? I was planning to make it for a tasting for my sons 5th grade class.

Best Serve immediately, But maybe you could transport it in a hot food flask, that way it will stay warm for some time.
