Try this super simple recipe for Chocolate and Banana Wraps with chia seeds. So easy to make and very kid-friendly too.

How To Make Choc Banana Wraps

The full recipe with all the ingredient measurements is in the recipe card towards the bottom of this blog post but I've also included some step by step images here too that might be helpful.

They're great to show the kids so they can make this recipe themselves.

  1. Add the chocolate spread to half of the wrap.
  1. Sprinkle on the chia seeds.
  1. Add the banana to the other half of the wrap and mash with a fork.
  1. Fold the wrap over.

SERVING

Cut the wrap into four triangles and it's ready to serve.

I serve it with some greek yogurt and fresh berries for a balanced and filling breakfast.

Substitutions

Tortilla Wrap - I used a white wrap but you could also use a wholemeal wrap to add more fibre. Gluten Free wraps will work well too.

Chocolate Spread - A lot of chocolate spreads like Nutella contain hazelnuts. Be sure to choose a nut free version if needed.

Chia Seeds - You can leave these out if your kids don't like them. But the tiny seeds blend into the chocolate spread and are barely noticeable.
