A delicious and healthy lunch time recipe; Chicken & Avocado Mayo Wrap. Perfect for kids and adults too!
- 1 flour wrap
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 150g / 3/4 cup chopped cooked chicken
- salt and pepper to taste
- handful of lettuce leaves
- Mash the avocado (I find this easier to do on a chopping board. Mix in the mayonnaise and then add the chopped cooked chicken. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cover the flour wrap with lettuce leaves and then spoon on the chicken and avocado mix.
