Description

A delicious and healthy lunch time recipe; Chicken & Avocado Mayo Wrap. Perfect for kids and adults too!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 flour wrap
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 150g / 3/4 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • handful of lettuce leaves


Instructions

  1. Mash the avocado (I find this easier to do on a chopping board. Mix in the mayonnaise and then add the chopped cooked chicken. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Cover the flour wrap with lettuce leaves and then spoon on the chicken and avocado mix.
