3 ingredient brownies

If you love baking but find it a little stressful with the kids, then I’ve got the perfect recipe for you today!

These brownies are so quick and easy to make, using just three ingredients that you probably already have at home.

For this recipe I’ve teamed up with Tala, using some of their bakeware to make baking with kids that little bit easier.

This Brownie Pan is brilliant for making perfectly shaped individual brownies and it’s non-stick too.

We also used the Tala Dry Measure which makes measuring the ingredients super easy and no need for weighing scaled.

To mix the ingredients we used the Tala Stoneware Mixing Bowl. I’ve learned over the years that the key to minimising mess when baking with kids is to use large bowls and this 12 inch bowl is absolutely perfect.

This recipe really is as simple as it sounds. We measured out the flour and chocolate spread in the Dry Measure and then cracked in a couple of eggs. We mixed it all up with a spoon, no other equipment needed! Then added the mixture to the brownie pan.

The brownies are then baked for 12 minutes at 180c before left to cool.

The brownies are delicious eaten plain or else you can get a bit creative and decorate them.

We used the Tala Squeezy Icing Bottles to make a simple white icing (just mix together icing sugar and a drop of water) and then topped with sprinkles.
