Description
Make your own natural energy drink with water, fruit and chia seeds!
Ingredients
- a large bottle or jar
- cold water
- fruit of your choice (I used strawberries, lemon and lime)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to the bottle or jar and shake well.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes and shake again.
- Drink within a couple of hours.
